Barbara Mayfield General Counsel

Ms. Mayfield is the Company’s General Counsel.  Prior to joining the Company in 2006, she was in private practice for 15 years.  She began her career at Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P., where she represented issuers and underwriters of tax-exempt debt, before continuing her career with a firm that specializes in the federal tax aspects of employee benefits.  She received a BFA from Southern Methodist University and her law degree, with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law.
