Wade Webster
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Webster has held this position since March 2011 and oversees all operations for Pinnergy. He joined Pinnergy in July 2003 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and managed all finance, fleet and acquisition-related activities of the Company through March 2011. Mr. Webster has 16 years of experience in the commercial banking, investment banking, private equity and energy service industries. Previously, Mr. Webster was a Vice President with Energy Spectrum, a private equity fund and investment bank focused exclusively on the energy industry. While at Energy Spectrum, Mr. Webster focused primarily on private equity and debt placements, debt restructurings, and merger and acquisition activities. Prior to Energy Spectrum, Mr. Webster was an Associate with Growth Capital Partners, a regional merchant and investment banking firm. He began his career with Wells Fargo Bank, where he managed a commercial loan portfolio. Mr. Webster received a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
