Barbara Mayfield

Ms. Mayfield is the Company's General Counsel.  Prior to joining the Company in 2006, she was in private practice for 15 years.  She began her career at Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P., where she represented issuers and underwriters of tax-exempt debt, before continuing her career with a firm that specializes in the federal tax aspects of employee benefits.  She received a BFA from Southern Methodist University and her law degree, with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law.
