Our employees are a major factor in providing consistently good service as they are the Company's representative to the customer. Another element in Pinnergy's continued success is the employee's support in operating and maintaining our equipment in a safe and clean manner. Our Company views HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) as a critical component to our long-term sustainability and we are committed to continuously improve our performance. Pinnergy considers the safety of our employees, customers, and the communities where we operate to be our most important priority.

A safe work environment and ongoing employee training are vital components of this commitment. We will take all appropriate measures to protect the welfare of all personnel who work or visit our company operations and our employees will act at all times in a manner that is both socially responsible and protective of the environment. Activities shall be conducted on the basis that safety of all personnel is of vital importance, whether those personnel are employed by Pinnergy, a contractor, a subcontractor or a supplier.

As part of our safety program, we have assembled a team of experts to institute and guarantee compliance with a safety plan designed to meet and exceed our goals. Our safety department includes the Vice President of Health, Safety and Environmental, who has over 35 years of safety experience in the energy industry. Our experienced Regional Safety Managers currently represent an average of over 30 years of experience, which includes retired DPS and State Troopers who oversee all of Pinnergy's transportation business. From management to field personnel, everyone at Pinnergy is committed to ensure our guidelines are compatible with those outlined with our customers by utilizing ISNetworld RAVS, PEC/Premier and SafeLandUSA.

Pinnergy has established procedures and responsibilities for ensuring that incidents detrimental to Safety, Health and the Environment are reported promptly, investigated, analyzed and all necessary corrective actions for their future avoidance are instituted. The health and wellness of each Pinnergy employee is a key segment of the overall safety environment of the company. These procedures are applicable to all operations carried out by and all personnel employed by Pinnergy.
