Tom Cook Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Cook manages all accounting functions for Pinnergy, and he has been involved with and held senior level management positions with financial and energy-related businesses for 35 years.  Mr. Cook joined Pinnergy in 2006 as a consultant and has held his current position as a full-time employee since 2007.  He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche.  Mr. Cook then spent 16 years with Valero Energy Corporation where he held a variety of senior level management positions in several divisions.  Subsequent to Valero, Mr. Cook held a variety of executive level positions with Tejas Gas Corporation, including Chief Information Officer.  He also held the position of VP & CIO for Tejas Holdings, LLC of Shell Oil Company.  Most recently, Mr. Cook served as the CFO of Lakota Resources, and the President and General Manager of a professional basketball team, the New Mexico Slam.  Mr. Cook received a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, and is a CPA.
